Used Herman Miller Chairs in UAE: Buy at Great Prices or Sell Yours

Herman Miller chairs are known for ergonomic design, but a new one can be a big expense. That is why many people in the UAE look for used Herman Miller chairs at more affordable prices, and why offices that are moving, closing or upgrading often have good chairs they no longer need. Thrifty Desk works with both groups: we sell used Herman Miller chairs, and we buy used Herman Miller chairs from individuals and businesses. This guide covers both sides.

Buy Used Herman Miller Chairs in the UAE at Competitive Prices

Buying a pre-owned chair can give you access to premium office seating for less than the price of buying new. Prices depend on the model, version, condition and availability, so two chairs with the same name can be priced differently.

If you are searching for used Herman Miller chairs in the UAE, a few simple habits will help you buy well:

• Ask for the exact model, version and size, and for clear photos.
• Check the condition of the seat, back, armrests, base and wheels.
• Be careful with authenticity, since a good photo alone cannot prove a chair is genuine.
• Confirm the price, availability and delivery before you commit.

You can see what is currently listed on our Products page, including the prices shown there, and then message us to confirm availability.

Which Herman Miller Chair Models Can You Find?

These are the models buyers ask about most. The descriptions below are based on Herman Miller's own product information. Availability varies, and you should confirm with Thrifty Desk before assuming any particular model or size is in stock.

Right now, the Products page lists the Aeron, Aeron Remastered and Mirra. The Embody and Mirra 2 are not guaranteed, but you are welcome to ask whether one is available. For a closer look at one model, read our Herman Miller Aeron buying guide.

Selling Multiple Herman Miller Chairs or Office Furniture?

Offices, companies and facility managers often have more than one chair to sell. If you have surplus Herman Miller chairs, or other used office furniture such as desks, workstations, tables and cabinets, contact Thrifty Desk to discuss the whole lot. Please tell us:

• The models and how many of each
• The condition and any visible damage
• The building, emirate and access (lifts, parking, loading areas)
• Your timeline, for example a move-out date

Our Services page explains what we buy, and our guide to selling used office furniture in the UAE has a longer checklist.

How to Check a Used Herman Miller Chair Before Buying

Identify the model

Confirm which chair it is (Aeron, Embody, Mirra or Mirra 2) and, for the Aeron, the version and size. Ask the seller for photos of any labels.

Inspect the condition

• Seat and back: look for tears, sagging mesh, stretched areas, worn upholstery or stains.
• Adjustments: raise and lower the seat, test the tilt and any tension or limiter controls, and adjust the back support where the chair has it.
• Armrests: check that they move, lock and have no cracks or worn pads.
• Base and wheels: look for cracks, wobble and wheels that roll freely.

Think about authenticity

Compare branding and labels with Herman Miller's official product pages, ask the seller for clear photos, and be cautious if anything does not match. Visual inspection on its own cannot guarantee that a chair is genuine, so ask questions and buy from a seller you can contact easily.
